White and green

Can I make a mildly critical comment? The blue glow is what I would call an effect or a darling, after "killing your darlings". It does look cool but it also somewhat distracts from the overall composition. I think I would prefer this one a bit harsher in terms of contrast and with the blue gone. Hope you don't mind me saying so. This is something I struggle with all the time myself btw.
